Last week, we had a guest speaker named Angie Swartz, who is a CPA and a holds an MBA from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business. The focus of her speech is how social network Linkedln works and important for the future business we want to participate in.


First of all, Linkedln will give a big help of broaden your network. For example, if you had 776 friends in Linkedln, the second degree people you could reach is more than 252,900, and the third degree people you could reach is more than 8,878,000. So in total you could reach people in Linkedln potentially is more than 9,131,800.


Secondly, the other thing that I've learned from this speech is that being part of professional network is essential for our business. In our daily life, most people all have their facebook. And they can write anything on their profile, or joking around with their friends.Some people think use facebook can help their business. But in fact, it may totally ruined your business. In contrast,on the professional social network site like Linkeln, people use their profile to connect each other, and doing their business an the same time. So a personal account at facebook is important, but a professional profile at Linkeln is more important.


Last but not least,I've learned some way to out stand the profile at Linkeln. The profile is the first impression for you to give others. It could show you are responsible or not, friendly or not, and even a good business partner or not. Believe it or not, it could help your business in somehow. The important steps everyone should remember is write as much about yourself as possible. Because it could give others more information about you. And another thing to remember is that grow your recommendations which shows the relationship between you and your business partners.


All in all, I've learned how to use social network to help my business. And it is the essential part of growing my business.

Go Daddy and 1&1 both provide email address and email forwarding service include of the monthly pay, but Dotster's email address and email forwarding service will charge extra.Besides, Go Daddy, 1&1, and Dotster all provide free domain locking service and domain forwarding service,except Dotster change $5/year for domain forwarding.Last but not least, Go daddy and 1&1 provide starter webpage except Dotster. For the people who not fimaliar with buiding wabsite will be a little hard.

It is the leader in domain name registration and web hosting.Besides, Go Daddy registers more domain names and hosts more websites than anyone in the world.Most importantly,at Godaddy.com everyone can use a reasonable proce get a starter web page, a personalized email account, an online photo filer, DNS control, email forwarding, and domain forwarding and masking - with each domain purchase.
